Why TCG
Trading Card Game collectibles have enduring collector demand, cultural significance, provable scarcity, and strong online communities. Bringing these assets onchain improves transparency, liquidity, and composability within the broader Solana ecosystem.
Why CARDS First
Collector Crypt is the initial focus of the CCM treasury strategy. CARDS is treated as the first reserve asset — the dashboard is architected so additional assets can be added seamlessly as the treasury expands.
Operating Principles
Transparent Reserves
All reserve assets are publicly visible onchain and tracked through configured treasury addresses.
Multisig-Controlled
Treasury actions require Squads multisig approval. No single key controls the treasury.
Regular NAV Snapshots
Net Asset Value is snapshotted and published at regular intervals for historical comparison.
Clear Methodology
Every calculation is documented. No hidden offchain reserves unless explicitly disclosed.
Expansion Criteria
Any new reserve asset considered for inclusion must meet these criteria:
- Solana address or reliable onchain representation.
- Sufficient liquidity for pricing and operations.
- Public pricing source available.
- Clear relationship to TCG / collectibles ecosystem.
- Risk disclosure published before inclusion.
Reserve Policy
- Primary focus is CARDS — the initial and primary reserve asset.
- Other assets (SOL, USDC) may be held for operations, liquidity, or gas.
- All tracked assets must be listed in the treasury configuration.
- Future new reserve assets will be disclosed and added to this page.
- Asset prices are sourced from the configured price provider and may be delayed.
